Greens lead Senate candidate Lee Rhiannon today welcomed Cheryl Kernot nominating for the Senate in NSW.
“Cheryl Kernot has enormous experience in the rough and tumble of Australian politics and will lift the tenor of debate in the upcoming weeks around progressive issues that matter.
“The more strong, competent women running in this campaign the better.
“Ms Kernot has a reputation for caring about good public policy which she sought to implement as Democrats leader and within the Labor Party.
